What do you need for Pilates?

  • You will need to bring a Pilates mat, some people like to bring a small towel or cushion to support their head or lower back.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that has stretch to allow you move comfortably.
  • It is preferable to have bare feet otherwise socks with sticky grip can be helpful.
  • We use small weights, resistance bands and balls in class. Most I can lend but you may chose to buy your own as you progress.
