Lucy was a God-send when I had long covid. She was quick to diagnose the various issues it caused me and clearly explained what that meant for me. I began to be educated as to what I needed to start doing and stop doing without ever feeling ‘told’. I felt listened to without ever feeling ‘interrogated’.  Most importantly in this lonely and frightening time she understood, she empathised, and she supported me.

In time she skilfully scaled up my treatment and home exercises in careful response to my level of illness and later recovery. She was way ahead of any other care provider in terms of her knowledge and the way she applied it.

I have no idea how I would have coped last year without her excellent help and it is a greatful pleasure to recommend her.
